Diving Club Naissub, Nish, Serbia Announces
„NAISSUB APNEA CUP 2017 – SERBIAN OPEN FREEDIVING CHAMPIONSHIP 2017“
Dear freedivers,
It is our great pleasure to announce the NAISSUB APNEA CUP – SERBIAN OPEN FREEDIVING CHAMPIONSHIP 2017. It will be held on March 1st-2nd 2017 in Nish, Serbia. The contest is organized by Diving Club NAISSUB, approved by Serbian Underwater Association, and includes static apnea, dynamic apnea with fins and dynamic apnea without fins.
The contest will be held under CMAS rules:
- CMAS Static Apnea International Rules for 2016
- CMAS Dynamic Apnea International Rules for 2016
Members of all countries are welcome to participate.
- Participants must be above 16 years of age.
Dynamic apnea with no fins (DNF) is scheduled for the first day of contest, while both static apnea (STA) and dynamic apnea with fins (DYN) are scheduled for the second contest day.
Competitors can participate in all three disciplines.
Results in all three disciplines will be scored for general ranking, separately for males and females.
The contest will be held at the swimming pool complex of the Sports Center „Čair“.

STA:
- depth: 0,9m
- water temperature: 28-29°C
DYN & DNF:
- length: 50m
- depth: 2,2m (constant)
- water temperature: 27°C

The participation fee is:
- 2000 RSD for members of Serbian Underwater Association (SOPAS)

35 EUR (in RSD equivalent) for all other contestants.
The fee is charged at registration.
Every competitor will get a lunch packet, certificate of participation and a T-shirt. The winner announcement ceremony will be followed by the dinner for all participants. The dinner is free for all contestants.
At the registration, all contestants are obliged to:
- Pay the participation fee;
- Show a valid medical certificate, not older than six months;
- Sign a liability disclaimer.
For contestants younger than 18 the parent’s consent is a requirement.
Registration will be on Saturday, April 1st 2017.
The exact contest chedule could be seen on Facebook page or web site not after March 31, 2017.
For all contestants who arrive in Nish earlier we have provided free access to the swimming pool on Thursday and Friday (March 30th and March 31st) 2017.

HOW TO REACH NIŠ
BY PLANE
- Directly to the Niš airport
- Via Belgrade, to Nikola Tesla airport Belgrade and then via the E75 highway 250 km to Niš. Departures from Belgrade bus station (choose Niš AS).
- Via Sofia airport and then 180 km via the E80 motorway.
